Community Energy Solar, LLC, a leading renewable energy developer and marketer, is currently seeking highly motivated entry level candidates for a part or full-time Wind Development Associate position. This challenging position will provide lease processing services, administrative and research support to the CE Wind Development Team while allowing the person hired the opportunity to participate and advance in the fast growing renewable energy sector. The position is based in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Candidates should currently live within 30 miles of the greater Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities of the Position Include:
• Process land agreements, prepare landowner correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Coordinate leases and other legal paperwork (leases) with corporate Wind Development Analyst.
• Maintain project databases and file system.
• Coordinate and track lease processing with legal department and landowner outreach team.
• Report land acquisition progress.
• Follow and coordinate landowner payments with accounting department.
• Use mapping software to research and manage parcel database information.
• Support development staff as requested.
Candidates are Required to Possess the Following:
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
• Real estate contract knowledge and land title experience a plus
• Experience with legal contracts a plus
• GIS mapping, CAD and or mapping/project drawing reading experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple changing tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, personable, team player.
• Highly motivated and self-starter.
