Position Summary:
Working in the Catskill/Hudson NY area, the ideal candidate will work part-time and be responsible for complete and accurate quality control or quality assurance inspections to verify the completion of work orders in accordance with program energy efficiency standards and client requirements.

Conducts standard inspections to verify that the energy efficiency measures or equipment have been installed to program quality standards. May perform some diagnostic testing including blower door and combustion safety testing.
Document findings. If problem or discrepancy is found, document with digital photos. Track and enter all required program data in an accurate and timely manner. Provides proper and timely reporting of program progress
Stays current on latest Program initiatives, policies, procedures, etc. and proposing ideas for improvement. Develops advanced technical knowledge in energy efficiency and building science.

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years experience in residential construction, HVAC, building diagnostics, air infiltration reduction and sidewall and attic insulation
- BPI certification (Building Analyst, Envelope and Heating) preferred
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills and enthusiasm for energy conservation. Ability to effectively communicate technical and program concepts to contractors, consumers, and other interested people or organizations. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required. Familiarity with computerized energy modeling software a plus.
- Local or regional travel required on a daily basis. May require overnight travel. Flexibility in schedule required.
- Requires satisfactory background check.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Position Summary:
The Contact Center Manager will lead 3 regional contact centers (Nashville, TN; Peoria, IL; and Victorville, CA). Ensures the highest level of customer service to customers by working closely with, Contact Center VP, Program Managers and Operations staff at various locations throughout the organization in order to facilitate the flow of information between the contact center, marketing and operations staff, as well as customers, utilities and clients. Designs and implements improved process/ operational policies.

- Monitors, maintains and achieves contact center goals/key performance indicators, either external goals established by clients or internal department goals.
- Develops and maintains a strong partnership with the key operational contacts throughout the company and/or customer to ensure positive communication on all issues that need to be communicated to the customers.
- Monitor and track program performance to pro-actively communicate Program anomalies and feedback to Program Managers.
- Evaluate staffing needs with expanding and contracting contracts. Cross train staff as necessary and post open positions, interview and hire staff when programs expand.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. The Manager will be required to meet with Program Managers to understand client changes; develop new procedures for staff; communicate, train, and implement those procedures in short period of time with top level of performance expected by our clients.
- Monitor payroll to ensure department budget is met.
- Responsible for budget and monthly reporting needs and the development of employee recognition plans
- Experience with outbound calling programs
- Participate in client meetings to answer questions and provide operational guidance. Meet with prospective clients to answer questions and demonstrate our experienced team.
- Travel to each regional center as needed (up to 50% )

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 – 10 years of call center and customer service experience, preferably in an energy market
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), experience in training, coaching, development, and supervising.
- Must be familiar with Telephone Infrastructure (MITEL Telephone Switch) and Contact Center Management Software as well as Customer Satisfaction Software (KeySurvey)
- Multi-site call center management required
- Client facing experience required
- A strong aptitude for personnel management.
- PC skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Position Summary:
This position reports to and works under the direction of the Mid-West Regional Vice President for Conservation Services Group, Inc (CSG). The primary responsibility of the Program Director is to successfully manage CSG's implementation of all CSG Energy Programs managed out of the Peoria, IL office. This currently includes the following types of programs, Home Performance, HVAC, New Construction, Lighting, Multifamily, New Construction, Refrigerator and Freezer Recycling, Home Energy Reports, and Energy Efficient Products Rebates.

The Program Director will direct all program staff and the Peoria office develop and meet budgets, work with Business Development to procure new contracts and successfully implement all programs for our clients and partners.

- Meet or exceed the performance goals and other metrics of CSG contracts managed from the Peoria, IL office
- Plan and direct program activities and manage program growth.
- Develop strong client relationships and service strategies while providing excellent client service through consistent, on-time, and accurate completions of tasks
- Develop and implement modifications to the programs, processes, and operating guidelines to increase effectiveness and operational efficiencies
- Contribute to CSG Business Development Activities and the integration and development of new clients, utilities and residential programs in the Central and Southern Illinois areas
- In coordination with central and regional information technology resources, improve and enhance the information systems that help manage program processes, support accurate and timely reporting, and are compatible with client systems
- Develop budgets and production forecasts, and manage operations to stay within budgets and program parameters
- Develop and manage staff goals, training plans and performance results to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client services, compliance with established program guidelines, and completion of deliverables on time and within budget.
- Determine staffing requirements, develop staffing plans, and oversee hiring and assimilation of new employees.
- Foster collaboration and team building among program staff.
- Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports as required or requested by the client (s) and CSG management
- Represent CSG and/or the client(s) at stakeholder meetings and conferences
- Develop and manage relationships with trade allies and partners including contractors, trade associations, industry players, trade schools, and others
- Collaborate with CSG Central services and business units including Human Resources, Information Solutions, Operations Support, – Customer Contact Center, Marketing, and Finance
- Other tasks and projects as may be required

Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of the energy efficiency industry and demonstrated success with utility and/or state program – management and client service in the field of energy efficiency or related field preferred.
- Experience with meeting contractual program obligations on time and within budget
- Demonstrated experience operating complex projects with multiple levels of authority and influence
- The ability to convey information in group or public settings, e.g. meetings using effective presentations and the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to translate broad objectives into specific tasks
- Ability to use schedules or project management techniques to track project implementation
- Strong relationship management skills with experience in developing and improving client relations
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, database, PowerPoint and experience with Energy Modeling Software a plus
- Budget, finance, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus the ability to build effective teams, motivate staff and achieve results
- Technical, program, policy development and financial expertise
- Familiarity with residential new construction, HVAC, building codes, building science, and marketing energy efficiency programs
- Knowledge of technical standards (BPI, RESNET, NATE) a plus
- Familiarity with industry technical groups such as BPI, ACCA, NATE, RESNET, etc.
- Minimum of 10 years of managment/ multiple program experience.
- Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Energy efficiency industry a plus.

Position Summary:
Perform scrum master duties for an agile team. Provide administrative management support for a group of employees who are deployed on agile teams, including performance management, goal setting, as well as coaching on business, technical, and team work topics.

- Act as a Scrum Master for an agile team, facilitating key team meetings, removing impediments, working with the product owner to move the planning and review processes forward smoothly. Coach and assist team members and assure smooth team function.
- Provides formal supervision, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to software development staff. Provides feedback to peers and supervisors. Identifies and facilitates training and development opportunities for staff to enhance knowledge and expertise, keeping up with the rapidly changing technology used within the company and the overall industry. Prepares and conducts performance reviews and assists in career development plans for staff.
- Communicates company, department, and team policies and procedures including agile and quality management methods and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Education requirements may be satisfied with commensurate experience.
- 8 – 10 years experience with progressively responsible software development work and prior management experience.
- Practical experience with implementing Agile methods to drive team performance.
- 1-2 years experience as a Scrum Master (formal training is very desirable.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility and adaptability to change, decision-making and critical thinking skills.

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the user interface and functionality of the website, integrating with CRM and marketing automation.

• Ensure consistent adherence to branding, visual, and style standards as well as compliance with applicable policies and legal requirements.
• Provide on-site technology support for small business, drawing on specialists, consultants, and other third party service providers as needed.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years professional in web and/or software development.
• Project management expertise, managing web development, front-end, back-end, content management systems, email marketing, community functions, and SEO.
• Four-year degree.
• Experience with CRM (SalesForce) and marketing automation (Marketo) applications a plus.
• Experience working with DRUPAL strongly desired.
• Ability to identify and incorporate new Web technologies in support of business objectives.
• Ability to independently set and meet deadlines, manage diverse tasks across multiple projects, while being able to work under pressure and meeting internal and external customer needs. Being able to do all of these things while retaining perspective and a sense of humor is even better.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct equipment verification or QA/QC or visits at residential homes
- Inspect HVAC equipment to verify it meets program parameters
- Verify that energy efficiency measures or equipment have been installed to program quality standards.

- Experience with HVAC diagnostic equipment and procedures a plus
- Computer proficiency. Experience with Windows based computers is critical, and familiarity with computerized design programs such as Manual J, D and S is preferred. Knowledge of building energy modeling software such as REM/Rate, TREAT or other residential construction software is a strong plus.
- Work well individually or as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills (email, memos, reports, etc.)
- Must be able to carry 35 lbs, use ladders, and be able to work in crawl spaces or attics as needed
- Flexible schedule, some evenings and Saturdays may be required.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between customer and client sites

• Managing committee input on successes, goals and objectives.
• Ensure that committees and coalitions are strategically focused on achievable objectives.
• Recommend appropriate policy positions by researching legislation and public policy issues affecting member companies, providing information regarding competing viewpoints and recommending a position to policy committees.
• Coordinating speakers for meetings to better inform members of the issues.
• Developing meeting agendas in coordination with committee chairs.

Advocacy
• Participating in Washington DC and Sacramento advocacy trips. (The job requires regular travel to Sacramento and San Francisco.)
• Partnering with other associations, community leaders, and organizations on issues of mutual interest.
• Provide comments and testimony as part of the CPUC and CEC processes.
• Building coalitions and reaching consensus in support of the Leadership Group’s policy positions.
• Developing relationships with key policy makers to help keep them abreast of Leadership Group’s policy priorities and positions.
• Writing letters and providing testimony on Leadership Group’s positions to appropriate policy makers.
• Coordinating letters and testimony from Leadership Group member companies and appropriate community groups and associations in support of the Leadership Group’s position.
• Assisting in developing press strategy on policy and events.
• Drafting and submitting Letters to the Editor, Guest Op-eds, etc.

Membership Management
• Meet with potential members, cultivate relationships with new members and deepen partnerships with existing members in policy, programs and events.
• Facilitate engagement of members in the work of the Energy Committee and Subcommittees and other program areas, as appropriate.

Develop, Design, & Market Energy-Related Events by:
• Recruiting and leading planning teams to design content and agenda for energy events.
• Design and implement marketing plans to identify and recruit sponsors.

Skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to set and achieve short and long-term objectives
• Ability to effectively plan and facilitate events and meetings
• Ability to manage staff, interns and volunteers
• Ability to establish and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of different people

Minimum Qualifications
• Policy experience in more than one area, including but not limited to: energy efficiency, renewable energy, natural gas, climate change and clean tech business
• Knowledge and experience in public policy process and political dynamics
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as policy, science or business
• Experience building and managing collaborative relationships
• Experience in program management, budgeting and implementation
• Excellent written, verbal, public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational development, strategic planning and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference will be given to candidates with:
• Experience working for a public policy association
• Experience working on energy policy
• Good relationships with California Bay Area lawmakers, utilities, municipal elected officials, and area business and non-profit executives
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement large and substantive revenue-generating events

Salary Range
$60,000 – $90,000, depending upon qualifications and experience.

Position Summary:
The Lead Web Application Developer will provide senior development capability as well as technical leadership to an agile team that is dedicated to building portal/CMS applications for a diverse set of user roles. The successful candidate must be a capable communicator, have a track record of developing large .NET Web applications, and possess the ability to provide hands-on technical direction and leadership to the team in collaboration with the Product Owner and Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leveraging CMS functionality to respond to stakeholder needs for quick time to market features.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and contributing with a team of 5-6 experienced software developers and test engineers
- Work closely with the product owner to ensure effective feature delivery, realistic estimates, and overall excellence in technical work.
- Design and develop core, reusable components.
- Produce results and expected deliverables in agile environment with short delivery time-frames.
- Effectively collaborate with team members as well as internal and external clients.
- Work with some of the latest technologies including: Visual Studio 2012, .NET 4.5, the Kentico portal development framework, REST APIs, HTML5/CSS3 and Responsive Design.
- Drive the use of modern software development techniques including automated code analysis, implementation of coding guidelines, and a consistently high level of unit test coverage.
- Mentoring and pairing with junior and senior developers, and finding ways to challenge them in their work.
- Engaging with other team leaders to ensure teams work collaboratively in order to improve the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of all agile teams.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clear track record of senior software development contribution to commercial software product delivery.
- Broad expertise in languages, frameworks and overall software architecture.
- Proven ability to successfully grow, lead, and mentor engineering teams.
- Significant experience with Agile software development methodologies, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
- BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or other related degrees.
- 10 or more years of experience in the software industry including people management experience.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
