Senior Program Manager of EFI Fulfillment Services Business
Energy Federation, Inc., a national leader in promoting energy efficient and renewable energy is looking for a Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of Program Managers and Administrators engaged in delivering primarily Incentive Fulfillment Services for approximately three dozen utility clients and other energy efficiency administrators. The position will be responsible for not only supervising and supporting program managers and administrators but also overseeing cross-functional departments (IT, Customer Service, Data Processing), insuring they are operating efficiently and EFI is complying with all key performance metrics. The Senior Program Manager also will be responsible for working with clients and strategic partners to insure EFI is delivering value to our clients and partners, preserving and enhancing our industry reputation.
This position will work closely with EFI’s entire Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written and oral communication and managerial skills. Must also be out-going and display a high degree of professionalism, be able to continuously prioritize, multitask, work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, and to treat staff with fairness and consistency. The position will be play an important supporting role to a business development group that will be primarily responsible for identifying and responding to opportunities to secure contracts with new clients, as well as for insuring existing contracts are maintained and opportunities to expand business with EFI’s existing client base are surfaced.
Primary Responsibilities
•Oversee Program Management and Administrative staff and foster efforts within the group to balance resources to best meet client needs, including responsibility for staffing decisions
•Direct program activities, improving implementation efficiency and service delivery quality to clients and customers
•Manage growth of the Business and manage staffing requirements; oversee interviewing, hiring and coaching of new employees in the group
•Oversee administrative, fiscal and technical operations, meeting company objectives
•Ensure client satisfaction with on schedule completion of deliverables
•Provide regular and periodic feedback and performance reviews to Program Managers, fostering their skill and/or knowledge development
•Identify, facilitate and support staff training and development
•Represent EFI Utility Fulfillment Services business at regional and national conferences; occasional travel to meet with clients as well
•Support the RFP process as EFI pursues new incentives business, contributing to service design and service pricing.
•Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Successful candidate should have:
•At least 4-6 years related work experience, in program management and working with clients at a senior level
•Minimum BA/BS or equivalent degree
•Experience meeting contractual program obligations on time and within budget
•Effectively uses performance management and coaching strategies to achieve and reward results
•Ability to convey information in a group or public setting, e.g. meetings or interviews using principles of effective presentation.
•Ability to listen effectively and discern client priorities and critical concerns
•High degree of discretion dealing with client and customer information
•Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong attention to detail mandatory
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
•Budget, finance, forecasting and reporting experience
•Familiarity with process flow analysis and problem-solving techniques
•Ability to work standard hours and also have the flexibility to work additional non-standard hours when required to complete tasks at various times to meet client deadlines
•Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, plus the ability to build effective teams, motivate staff and achieve results.
