Basic Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have experience consulting with clients, including identifying client needs, developing and tracking action plans, presenting recommendations, and implementing products/solutions.

Core Competencies:
- Typically possesses seven years of experience consulting on HR issues/topics.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and administering HR programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing large volumes of confidential data, analyzing data with relevant statistics and drawing conclusions, preparing reports, and facilitating meetings.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, including estimating costs/resources, tracking and reporting project performance, evaluating final products, and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Demonstrated experience performing needs assessments.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, implementing, and monitoring relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Demonstrated experience interfacing effectively and collaborating with peers, project personnel, vendors, and all levels of management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws/regulations and professional standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate the presentation of recommendations and effectively present complex/technical information to audience with varying backgrounds/experience.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be accountable for results, and achieve high performance standards/results.
- Must demonstrate strong integrity and experience with handling and maintaining highly confidential information.
- Must demonstrate effective decision making, results delivery, team building, influence and negotiation, interpersonal skills, stress management, engage in continuous learning and stay current with relevant technology and innovation.

COMMENTS: Additional testing may be required as part of the selection process for this position. Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work directly as employees for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship. There are two open positions for this requisition.

Preferences:
- A Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- PHR/SPHR.
- Experience consulting with executives on a wide range of HR related issues/topics.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing leadership development programs and/or assessments.
- Demonstrated experience developing and/or revising competency models.

Typical Responsibilities:
This position will be a Senior Human Resources Consultant (Executive Development and Planning in the Human Resources Department). The successful candidate will support the design, implementation, and administration of Executive Development and Talent Planning programs, as well as provide some general HR consulting as needed in a matrixed environment.

Typical responsibilities will include: working with and/or managing program vendors; supporting the annual talent and succession planning process, including assisting with collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and facilitating business unit calibration meetings; performing needs assessments and evaluations that serve as the basis for revising the executive competency model and development programs; identifying, implementing, and monitoring relevant metrics to continually evaluate the effectiveness of the Executive Development and Talent and Succession Planning programs; leading project teams and integrating the activities of multiple practice disciplines to address general HR issues related to building organizational capabilities which align to business strategies, implementing plans to acquire, build, engage, and retain a high performance workforce, providing HR consulting on talent and leadership development initiatives, and participating in monitoring work environment/culture and aligning structure to ensure organizational effectiveness.
