The Program Director will direct 100+ state-wide field staff and office program staff and lead the delivery of residential energy efficiency and conservation programs and services, in conjunction with utility partners, to homeowners in Massachusetts. The Program Director has oversight of financial results, client relationship management, service delivery, customer service, data management and reporting for the Residential Conservation Services (RCS) program.

•Develop and implement performance metrics to meet the goals of the RCS Program and its clients.
•Propose and implement modifications to the program, processes, and operating guidelines to increase effectiveness and operational efficiency
•Manage the delivery systems to utility customers, contractor network and community groups to ensure program success. Develop and build strong relationships with all program partners.
•Provide excellent client service though consistent, on-time, and accurate completion of tasks
•Participate in MA and NH utility clients meetings and ensure client satisfaction
•Develop budget and manage financial performance of the program. Develop production forecasts, and manage operations to stay within budgets and program parameters
•Determine staffing requirements, and oversee interviewing, hiring and training of new employees. Lead performance management for the program and ensure effective management of staff.
•Develop and manage continuous improvement and quality efforts to maximize effectiveness of the team
•Coordinate with other CSG central services business units including IS, HR, customer contact center, marketing, and finance.

Requirements
•BS/BA or equivalent experience, building science experience preferred
•8-10 years experience in program operations 3+ years managing a group of 50+ staff
•Demonstrated success with program operations management and client services, preferably with large scale program delivery requirements.
•Experience with meeting contractual program obligations on time and within budget, and operating complex projects with multiple levels of authority and influence.
•Effectively uses performance management and coaching to achieve and reward results.
•Budget, finance, forecasting, and reporting experience.
•Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Familiarity with residential construction, building science and marketing energy efficiency programs preferred.
•Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written, plus the ability to build effective teams, motivate staff, and achieve results
•Strong organizational skills are required. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to initiate, coordinate and prioritize responsibilities and follow through on tasks and projects.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Compensation package includes paid holidays, 80% paid medical, 50% paid dental, paid life & AD&D and paid STD & LTD insurance coverage, plus employer matching retirement plan
