Basic Qualifications
Must have a minimum of five years project management experience in finance, accounting, contract management, program/project accounting oversight, or business controls.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Typically possesses five or more years of project management experience in finance, accounting, contract management, program/project accounting oversight, or business controls.
- Typically possesses two or more years of supervisory experience or leading a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated experience performing internal and external audits and/or reasonableness reviews.
- Demonstrated experience developing data request responses, witness preparation, and regulatory filings.
- Demonstrated experience providing consultation on financial and regulatory processes including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, and providing recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience using financial tracking tools such as SAP or similar enterprise resource programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing financial compliance plans, objectives, and initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing process improvements including performing needs assessments, trend analyses, and/or evaluations.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project.
- Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, manage risks and safety appropriately, develop and execute business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Must demonstrate effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
- Must demonstrate strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
COMMENTS: Additional testing may be required as part of the selection process for this position. Typical Responsibilities
This position will be in the Financial Management and Administrative Services division within Southern California Edison's (SCE) Customer Service Business Unit (CSBU). The successful candidate will provide leadership to a cross-functional team to maintain and adhere to the CSBU Funding Roadmap which is a complex financial matrix that includes all of CSBU's regulatory proceedings and funding sources for cross functional programs such as Demand Side Management, PEV Readiness, HAN Readiness and SmartConnect Enabled Capabilities.
Typical responsibilities will include: providing leadership to cross-functional teams comprised of managers, project managers, and financial analysts across the business unit related to SCE's Energy Efficiency Portfolio, Demand Response Portfolio & Edison SmartConnect Program; performing internal and external audits and/or reasonableness reviews; developing data request responses, witness preparation, and regulatory filings on behalf of CSBU as set forth by the CPUC or FERC; co-leading timely and accurate submission of all CPUC and other data requests in support of SCE's Energy Efficiency Portfolio, Demand Response Portfolio, Edison SmartConnect Program, SCE's GRC (CPUC jurisdiction), SCE Transmission Rate Case (FERC jurisdiction), and any other future CSBU regulatory account funded programs; providing feedback on new or updated business processes and protocols; communicating and educating employees about the use of financial tracking tools required to monitor, measure, and take corrective action for deviations from established schedules and procedures; developing financial compliance plans, objectives, and initiatives to ensure regulatory and company policy is communicated and implemented through cross-functional development teams; identifying, tracking, and finding solutions to financial issues and risks; coordinating with program managers to drive integration across financial processes, businesses, scenarios, data, and metrics within project functional areas; monitoring project plans and deliverables, reporting progress regularly, and initiating corrective actions as required; and performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
